SEO can

things you can do to get the ball rolling to get your
site indexed better by the top search engines.

Find out if all your pages are currently being searched
by Google.
in the Google search
box type in site: followed by your
home page address.
This will give you a list of the pages currently in
Google's index from your site. If there are page not
showing up you need to look at the way you have the
links on your pages setup. Google prefers text links
and adding a text sitemap to the end of your home
page can make sure the rest of your site is
correctly spidered.
2. - Search engines only see text not
images
Don't go for a fully flash powered site and make
sure your headings are text not graphics and make sure
you have lots of relevant text for the engines to index.
Also make sure you have a sitemap or text based
links on your page that the search engines spider
can follow.
3. Links to your site from other well
ranked sites are very important.
